Jacksonville Center for Counseling

The mission of Jacksonville Center for Counseling Drug Rehab is to offer quality drug addiction treatment and support programs, while educating our community about alcohol and drug abuse. Our professional staff is committed to providing comprehensive drug rehabilitation programs and services to people in all walks of life. This includes adults, adolescents and children. The Center operates five alcohol/drug rehab clinics located throughout Jacksonville, along with a walk-in detox facility.

“The Beaches: Recovery program at the Jacksonville Center for Counseling Drug Rehab in Jacksonville Florida is designed to give the patients a variety of options for treatment including detoxification, residential treatment and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. We provide highly trained staff to care for each patient as well as providing exceptional spiritual and physical care,” says Don Griffith, executive director of the Jacksonville Center for Counseling Drug Rehab. “We work closely with our patients and their families to make sure that every patient is treated compassionately and with empathy. In addition, we focus on maintaining strong relationships with all of our patients.”

The Florida Alcoholic Beverage Control Board has certified the Jacksonville center as an approved alcohol rehab facility. The center’s goal is to offer quality, comprehensive, culturally-appropriate drug and alcohol abuse treatment and education programs to meet the needs of all the patients. In addition, the center provides extensive support services to families of alcoholics or people suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction or other substance abuse disorders. They also offer job placement assistance, vocational training and referral to local state and federal agencies, as well as educational programs in coping with withdrawal symptoms.
