Transitional Living Center, also known as TLC Drug Rehab in New Britain Connecticut is a residential, outpatient facility that provides quality drug addiction treatment for those who are in recovery. The TLC is a faith based organization and is dedicated to providing the highest quality drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs to alcoholics, addicts and the families of addicts. This center was named after the Rev. Dr. Frank Lane, who founded the organization in 1953.
